In the province of Bari:
  • the regional capital, rich in history (for the Castello Svevo and the splendid Old town recently restructured); in religion (for the Basilica of San Nicola and the Cathedral of the XI century); its fascination: (for its theaters and shopping streets);
  • the magnificent Romanesque cathedrals of GIOVINAZZO, RUVO, CONVERSANO, and ALTAMURA and, perhaps the most famous of all, the Cathedral of TRANI that seems to rise from the sea;
  • the splendid VALLE dʼITRIA with its white trulli, declared as a Unesco heritage, that displays a fairytale landscape of ALBEROBELLO, CISTERNINO, LOCOROTONDO, OSTUNI, MARTINA FRANCA, CEGLIE MESSAPICA;
  • CASTELLANA with its famous grottoes and PUTIGNANO;
  • fossil discoveries of the skeleton in Lamalunga, known as the MAN of ALTAMURA and the ENCHANTED VALLEY with prints of dinosaurs.

In the province of Matera:
  • the famous SASSI of Matera, houses carved into the rock, also declared as a World Heritage Site;
  • RIVA DEI TESSALI, for its golf courses; METAPONTO, for his excavations, ruins and findings.
